Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product ships. Each individual product may be shipped from a different fulfillment center around the world, as our product research team takes the time to find quality and affordable products.

Once you have received your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, please email [email protected] or contact whatsapp 86-18825279056.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it ships without penalty! You must cancel the order within 24 hours of creating the order for cancellation to apply. If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

I entered an incorrect address! !
If your address is misspelled or autocompleted, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide us with the correct information. Notify us today by emailing [email protected]. If the address is wrong, we can correct it within 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged
We ship each item with extra padding. Nonetheless, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1000 products are damaged due to mishandling by mail service.

- Pictures of damaged products.
Once received, we will be happy to send another copy free of charge.
